When I Grow Up!

I want to be a scriptorian!

No. Really. I do.

In fact if it was a major, it would be mine. In fact that is one reason I'm so excited to go on a mission, I have to study at least 2 hours a day as well as memorize scriptures. It's a beautiful thing. :)

So I would like to share with all of you my current methods of study for these wonderful books.

Reading- I'm working through the Bible. Sadly I've never read it all the way through. I'm moving fast through. I have a goal to have at least read all the standard works before I leave.

Studying- I'm also working my way through the Missionary Discussions from Preach My Gospel, studying the doctrines by topic.

Memorizing- This is a new one for me. I'm going to go to the distribution center today and get the cheapest standard works I can find, a gluestick and note cards. I will then proceed to cut up the scriptures and make memorizing cards. (Hey, If Elder Bednar cuts up scriptures to study so can I)
